The Impassioned Workforce

Impassioned = driven with burning enthusiasm, a fervent admirer, an ardent believer, characterized by passion or zeal.

Impassioned workforce = collective force of people fueled with passion and determination to accomplish shared goals. Infected with belief in the corporate mission and charged with enthusiasm to willingly deliver their best performance and the full intensity of their talents.

Don’t count the days, make each day count. If you have to swim upwards of 240 days a year in the corporate pool, you may as well find water that is warm and welcoming and a current that is going your way.  The rewards are obvious – to both employee and employer.
